International visitors may require a valid Indian visa or other appropriate travel authorization to enter India.

The visa requirement depends on your nationality, passport, purpose of travel and duration of stay. Delegates are strongly advised to check the latest requirements applicable to their country before making travel arrangements.

Business / Conference Travel

Depending on your nationality and the nature of your participation, you may need an appropriate Business Visa, Conference Visa or other permitted visa category.

📄 Invitation & Supporting Documents

Registered international delegates may require supporting documentation for their visa application.

Where applicable, EGN Connect X may provide an official invitation/participation confirmation letter to registered delegates, subject to event registration and applicable requirements.

If you require an invitation letter, please contact the EGN Connect X team after completing your registration.

Please note: An invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests solely with the competent Indian authorities.

On arrival in India, international travellers may be required to present:
